At Scoply, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What We Collect

  • Account information (email, name, company details) via magic-link login.
  • Uploaded Statements of Work (SOWs) for analysis.
  • Client call transcripts that are processed only temporarily to generate scope comparisons and protection emails. We do not store or retain transcripts after processing.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the Scoply service, improve our product, and communicate with you about your account.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Transcripts are deleted immediately after processing. Account data is retained as long as your account is active.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Welcome to Scoply. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Service

Scoply is a SaaS platform designed to help digital agencies detect and prevent scope creep by analyzing call transcripts against project Statements of Work (SOWs).

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Billing is handled monthly via Razorpay for now.
  • Users who locked in the launch price of $25/mo keep that rate for the lifetime of their account.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No Transcript Retention

Transcripts are processed ephemerally and are not stored in our systems.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scoply for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Scoply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We stand behind Scoply and want you to be fully satisfied.

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refunds for partial months once the initial period has passed.
  • Lifetime price-locked users who cancel may re-subscribe later at the prevailing rate.
