Scope creep is destroying your margins.
The original scope is rarely the problem. Margin disappears when “small” additions slip into delivery, nobody prices the change, and the team eats the delay.
"Just one more thing" kills velocity.
Product asks for one extra flow. Engineering loses the week. Nobody updates the estimate.
Untracked
Dead sprints wreck forecasts.
You promised the roadmap. The hidden add-ons push the release and the revenue target slips with it.
Unbilled
Burnout replaces confidence.
Founders stop trusting timelines when the team keeps absorbing unpaid, unplanned scope.
Unpaid
One simple workflow for catching scope creep early.
Paste your requirements
Drop in a PRD, meeting transcript, or ticket thread.
See red flags instantly
Scoply highlights new scope, vague asks, and delivery risk in plain English.
Defend the revenue
Get suggested fixes, impact estimates, and a cleaner next-step decision before work gets absorbed.
“...and the dashboard export is looking great. One more thing — could we also add admin roles and a permissions view before launch? Shouldn't take long.”
— Client call, 14:32
Admin roles & permissions view
“Happy to scope this in — admin roles and permissions sit outside our current agreement, so I'll send a quick change order before we start.”
Fast scan — paste, scan, flag, respond
Less stress. More predictable revenue. Faster shipping.
“Scoply caught almost $400 of unpaid scope risk from our marketing redesign.”
“The free analysis is the smartest part of the funnel — it creates proof before payment, which is exactly what matters.”
“Could have really used this when I was freelancing.”
“nice product, its for a very real problem these days lol”

What file types does it accept?
Paste text directly, or drop in a meeting transcript, PRD, or ticket thread as plain text. There's no audio or video upload — Scoply reads the written record, not the recording.
What happens to my data?
Your transcript is processed in memory to generate the analysis, then discarded — 0 transcripts are retained after processing. We keep the resulting scope flags and follow-up drafts so you can return to them, but never the raw source text. Nothing is used to train models or shared with third parties.
Does it work for non-English calls?
Scoply is built and tested on English transcripts. Non-English input may produce lower-quality flags, since scope language and contract phrasing vary a lot by language.
What happens after the free analysis?
You get one free analysis on a single project. To run more analyses, save history, or protect additional projects, you pick a paid plan — monthly, or the one-time option under Founder.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel from your account settings inside the app at any time — you keep access through the end of the paid period. The one-time Founder plan isn't a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
Stop absorbing work you never agreed to.
Paste your next transcript and see what it's costing you — the first analysis is free.
